Terms & Conditions 

  • Services Provided
    Ride in Comfort Mobile Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s chosen location.

  • Customer Responsibility for Water & Electricity
    Customers must provide access to water and electricity at the service location. If these are not available, services may not be able to be completed.

  • Payment

  • Payment can be made through the accepted methods listed at the time of booking or completed in person via Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle ETC. as well as cash and checks. 

  • Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or missed appointments will not be refunded if booked online.

  • Once services have been completed, no refunds will be issued and payment will be required.

  • Vehicle Condition
    Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage or concerns with their vehicle before services begin. We are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions.

  • If Ride in Comfort LLC arrives at appointment location and deems vehicle to be detailed will require more than usual time, an upcharge might occur. 

  • All set prices are the baseline and are never final until detail is complete. 

  • Liability
    While we take the utmost care when providing detailing services, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damages

  • Items left inside the vehicle

  • Weather conditions or factors outside of our control that may affect service results

  • Acceptance of Terms
    By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
