Services Provided
Ride in Comfort Mobile Auto Detailing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s chosen location. -
Customer Responsibility for Water & Electricity
Customers must provide access to water and electricity at the service location. If these are not available, services may not be able to be completed. -
Payment

Payment can be made through the accepted methods listed at the time of booking or completed in person via Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle ETC. as well as cash and checks.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or missed appointments will not be refunded if booked online.

Once services have been completed, no refunds will be issued and payment will be required.

Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage or concerns with their vehicle before services begin. We are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions. -
If Ride in Comfort LLC arrives at appointment location and deems vehicle to be detailed will require more than usual time, an upcharge might occur.

All set prices are the baseline and are never final until detail is complete.

While we take the utmost care when providing detailing services, we are not responsible for: -
Pre-existing damages

Items left inside the vehicle

Weather conditions or factors outside of our control that may affect service results

Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
